Today, as I write this, it is 14 degrees F outside. Burr! I thought that I would throw up some photos from this past summer to help warm our thoughts if nothing else. Our sailboats are put away for another winter and our activities start to revert back to what normal, non-sailing folks do. But every once and a while we can look at a few simple photos of summer and dream of summers to come.

I was fortunate enough to be able to borrow a wide angle lens from our friends Mark and Sarah for these two images. It was a Canon 10-22mm lens. Both were shot at 10mm, RAW. I love the added detail you get shooting in the RAW format.

Summer Marina

As always, happy sailing and may the warmth of summers past gladden your heart till your sails fill with the winds of your dreams once more.
