The tall ships are almost here and we can’t wait. Tall Ship Duluth 2010 is upon us, with the ships due to start arriving Wednesday, July 28th. Coincidently, that is also when we are due to arrive with our Precision 23 in tow. Well, actually it is no coincident at all as we have been planning this since we first found out about the festival last February.

Boat de Jour would like to announce a photo contest to celebrate the tall ship festival. Entry photos should be from the Tall Ship Duluth 2010 festival. Entries can be submitted after the festival, the winning photo will be included in the Boat de Jour 2011 Tall Ship Calendar and the winning photographer will receive kudos, links to their website and a Boat de Jour 2011 Tall ship calendar when they become available. Photo submissions should be emailed to me at editor@boatdejour.com. Please make sure the photos are between 200 and 300 dpi. The winning photo will be voted for by readers and whomever receives the most votes for their photo wins. I will post photos as I can. Good luck.
